This is the instructor-led version of the module, designed to be facilitated by an instructor over the course of ca. 13-15 weeks with synchronous (online or face-to-face) and asynchronous components and with a group project component (based on how it has been taught at the University of Leipzig, Germany).

    • In this week, we will start exploring various behaviors of our mind and their role in our well-being and in sustainability.

      • Concepts: thinking, cognition, psychological flexibility, mindfulness, values

      • Conceptual questions: 

        • How does our mind influence our well-being and our ability to cooperate?

        • What are values? What is the role of values in our well-being and in sustainability? 

        • What is mindfulness? What is the role of mindfulness in our well-being and in sustainability?

        • How does psychological flexibility influence our well-being and our ability to cooperate?

      • Skills, Competencies: noticing and sorting different inner experiences, cooperation competency, evaluation competency, self-regulation competency

      • Subjects: Ethics, (Biology)
