Week 2 - Education for Sustainable Development

Students work in groups and compare Covid-19 and climate change to identify underlying concepts or principles that apply to both topics, then they discuss why it might be important for sustainability education to focus on core concepts and not just topics.

Groups discuss in small groups what competencies and concepts might be important in Education for Sustainable Development and how to overcome the challenge of curriculum overload.
